Green Development Standards – Application Assessment

This form provides a points summary for each section to guide total progress for applications. The Tier 1 points are mandatory. The Tier 2 points are set as a minimum (mandatory) and additional total points. The additional points provide an opportunity for incenting applications to achieve further GDS requirements.
