Acknowledgement Letter - Construction Prior to Subdivision Assumption

  • this permit does not supersede any conditions stipulated in my new home purchase agreement with the Builder/Developer and it is my sole responsibility to obtain authorization from the Builder/Developer prior to construction.
  • failure to obtain the above mentioned authorization may result in forfeiture of deposits and/or legal action by the Builder/Developer.
  • all landscaping and or site alteration associated with this permit will be carried out without disruption to the grading design of the lot so as not to adversely affect the drainage pattern within or around my land.
  • this permit does not relieve me from maintaining adequate drainage or repairing damage to any property resulting from this work.
  • I have been advised that home or property alterations may void my TARION warranty coverage.
