Wedding Intake Form

Congratulations on your engagement! Thanks for your interest in our Civil Ceremony Weddings at Town of Aurora. Please complete the form below and one of our wedding officiants will be in touch with you further, usually within one business day. 

Please note that weddings are conducted on Fridays during regular business hours 830am to 430pm. If you require a special date outside of this time frame we will try to assist if we are able to permit the wedding space.  Currently the Town of Aurora does not offer weddings on weekends, but will consider special requests. 

Please note there is free public wi-fi available and you are welcome to bring your own music/equipment. You will be responsible for set up, playing and removing all equipment after the ceremony. Please also note that our wedding location is an alcohol/cannabis free zone.  Video calls to friends/family across the globe are also welcome to "join" virtually for your wedding service!

Our wedding program is considered wedding/picture ready. We provide everything you need and you can just show up!

We are happy to include the room/space permit, the use of the wedding arch and stand up pillars of silk floral arrangements, signing table/linens with use of small silk floral arrangement, white folding chairs (minimum available), choice of wedding script, a professionally trained (staff) wedding officiant, signing and filing of all wedding paperwork with the province after the service is conducted. *We can also provide wedding witnesses for an additional charge if you are secretly eloping or unable to have witnesses attend in person.
