Water and Wastewater E-billing Registration Form

Register now for e-billing for your water/wastewater bills. All future water/wastewater bills will be e-mailed directly to you. To register for this service please complete the registration form below.

You will no longer be sent a paper copy of your utility bill via regular mail. Instead, your quarterly utility invoice will be sent to the email address provided on this registration form.
There is no cost associated with receiving an e-bill.
The Town will not be responsible for late or missed payments, and applicable interest fees will be applied should payment not be received, in the event the account holder failed to notify the Town of changes to the email address provided on this form.
Please ensure you notify the Town office immediately if there is a change in your email address. The account holder is responsible for ensuring the Town has a current and correct email address for the e-billing service. Please send all email address changes to water@aurora.ca and allow for two (2) business days to process changes.
Should you choose to cancel the e-billing service and return to receiving paper invoices via regular mail, please email a request to cancel your e-billing to water@aurora.ca
